24 hours notice is required for a single service and 48 hours notice for multiple services or packages.

Excessive late cancellations or no shows will result in all future appointments having to be prepaid without the possibility of refund.

Guest with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any medical condition prior to receiving your treatment.

The Robbin's Nest reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. We do however allow children to enjoy spa services under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all guest under 17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
